Shopping at the Kensington market
Shopping at the Kensington market felt more like a picnic than a chore. Even the locals cherish the shopping experience in the Kensington Market. The great food, other essential shops and stalls and a variety of shopping options that you have here makes it something that you would cherish for a longer time. You can even head to a nearby park once you are done with shopping.
Stroll through Little India
Little India is yet another unique option in Toronto that you would look to explore. This 6-block stretch of Gerrard Street East cans b a great option for the best evening stroll on a summer day. You can window shop for the sarees or even munch on some fresh barbecued corn. How about a cooling lassi on the way. An India away from India awaits you at this exotic location.
Sunbath at the Hanlan’s Point
This is yet another lesser known, but a relaxing experience that we found much interesting. The trip to the Toronto islands is what would assure this wonderful experience. The secluded Hanlan’s Point beach is known for relatively warm water and has silky sand. The beach also allows you to swim. It can be a great escape from the mad rush at the central island.
Love Ice skating? Head on to Harbourfront
The Harbourfront is yet another excellent location to help you enjoy an exciting ice skating experience at its best. You would find it very decent experience on winter night. You would actually be skating quite adjacent to the Lake Ontario. We definitely found the experience extremely rewarding and enjoyable.
High park Hiking
Like they said, Toronto has everything for everyone. If you are someone who loves hiking and walking, there is no dearth of such places in the city and its outskirts. The High Park is one of the most unique and deserving experiences that you would never want to miss out on. The sublime sanctuary would provide you a very decent and comfortable hiking and walking experience at its best.
Well, those were just a few of the great attractions that we loved during our stay in Toronto. Not that these are the only attractions. But these ones should make you decide in favour of travelling to Toronto next time.
